"This remote region of our country has been a human habitation since ancient times, which is proved by the numerous artefacts found in the excavations in the area, one of the most prominent researchers of which was Kálmán Darnay, a well-known citizen of Sümeg at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, who founded a museum from his collections. And where there was human habitation, it is almost natural that there was hunting, since this activity has always been part of human culture. This is still the case today, and the hunters of the Marcal springs, who have worked together with exemplary dedication and selflessness to create this book, have adapted to the changed natural conditions. And because hunting culture is not just about game and the ceremonies associated with it, it also involves a profound knowledge of the natural and human environment, respect for the values of the past, the cultivation of traditions and, not least, the promotion of the wonders and beauty of this world, which many people do not know, to non-hunters and to the generations that are growing up.

The book also includes an introduction and history of our hunting company.
